• The theory of every fitness trend is exactly the same: the more activity you do, the better off you’ll be. And it works. It all works.

What I want people to realize is that activity comes in all shapes and sizes. If you go to the HIIT-style boot camp that’s in your local strip mall, you’re doing activity. If you’re constantly in motion at work, that’s activity. If you play tag with your kids after school, that’s activity too. It’s all activity, and it all works. You just have to do something.

And that’s where I come in. The things that hold most people back are injury and pain, most often caused by repetitive use or muscle imbalances. With my toolkit of adaptive stretching, dynamic resistance training, and targeted mobility work, my goal is to fix all that.

I want all your muscles and joints to work in harmony through their full ranges of motion. I want to identify the root causes of your pain and imbalances so we can find sensible solutions. And most of all, I want you to be so durable that you’ll never never be sidelined from doing the things you enjoy most. Because having fun is what life is all about.
