Move Better • Move Stronger • Heal Faster
Assisted stretching isn’t new-age medicine, and it’s not designed to only make people more flexible. This is an approach to healing that blends aspects of stretching, resistance training, and kinetics that allows bodies to relearn how they’re supposed to move and recover.
We’ve been doing assisted in the East Valley since 2020, but the team has been using assisted stretching in various forms for much longer. And with our new partnership with Taylor’d Living Wellness (we’re located in their offices), we now have expanded services including therapeutic, lymphatic drainage, and myofacial massage therapy.
It’s all about movement, and to us, nothing is more important than movement and time. Give us six months of weekly stretching, and we promise you’ll see a noticeable difference in how you move. Pair that with some dynamic resistance training and you’ll feel like an entirely new person.
Move It
We’re Easy to Find
We’re now based out of Taylor’d Living Wellness at 4111 E Valley Auto Drive, Suite 201, Mesa, AZ, which is just south of the 60 between Mesa and Gilbert.
Emily: “I’m a dentist, and after about 10 years of practicing, my back was chronically in pain. Turns out, working in people’s mouths all day creates all sorts of weird muscle imbalances. I’ve been stretching with Mika once a week for about a year now, and the back pain is completely gone.”
It Works
This isn’t boot camp and it’s not meant to be scary. My plan is to customize my services to your needs, without any memberships or long-term commitments.
Have a job that kills your back because your right arm is in a weird position all day? Let’s work on that. Looking for an exercise plan that’s less about getting beefy and more about cutting some strokes off your game? Let’s work on that.
For me, it’s all about you. So let’s talk about where you’re at, and I’ll let you know what I think will work best.
